Our Founder

Kristine Mansuy, founder of the company KiKico, is an award-winning event planner and renowned sommelier from Quebec, Canada.

Kristine has been inspiring and influencing the high-end hospitality industry in Quebec for the past 15 years. She also left her mark in the commercial sector on an international scale where she had the opportunity to shine as an ambassador for several prestigious wine brands, such as Champagne Pol Roger and Black Hills Estate Winery.

Graduated in professional service and sommelier training from the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism of Quebec (ITHQ), she was invited to collaborate with many renowned establishments in Quebec:

• Fairmont Le Château Montebello (3rd best hotel in Canada, Travel + Leisure 2016)
• Hôtel Le Germain Montréal, at Restaurant Laurie Raphaël, 4 CAA Diamonds, alongside famous chef, Daniel Vézina.
• Manoir Hovey Relais & Château 5 stars (no. 1 Resort Hotel in Canada, Travel + Leisure 2016, 2021,2022 ) at Restaurant Le Hatley 4 CAA Diamonds

In 2021, she was awarded Best Wine Event Planner & Educator of Quebec 2021 by LUX Life Magazine in the category Travel & Tourism Awards.

She also was the first sommelier from Quebec to be invited as a speaker to the International Wine Tourism Conference 2021 held in Porto, Portugal, to promote Canada’s wine destinations.

Always on the lookout for new trends, Kristine collaborates with various local and international publications and magazines on the themes of wine, travel and gastronomy.
